El civismo es una obligación y una responsabilidad compartida, que no admite la separación entre la clase política y la sociedad civil. Unos tienen más obligaciones que otros porque ocupan cargos de mayor responsabilidad. Pero todos están igualmente llamados a sostener y mejorar el mundo con el que se han encontrado. Formar a las personas para ello es la tarea de la educación. Liderar dicha transformación es la tarea de la política, de la administración pública y de los dirigentes en general. Cooperar y coadyuvar al cambio es la tarea de todos.
