Cultura de inteligencia

Resumen del Libro

Intelligence, just like any public function provided by a service to the state and to society, must be understood by citizens. Transparency policies enacted by intelligence services in Western democracies from the end of the Cold War, and especially in the wake of 9/11, have generated knowledge about the missions and duties of these organizations. In the case of Spain, academic studies of intelligence have expanded thanks to a project developed by the National Intelligence Center (CNI) in collaboration with King Juan Carlos University, the Carlos III University of Madrid, and other universities and centers. This book covers the contributions of the Segundo Congreso de Inteligencia, which focused on the policy of internationalization of the project.
